Healthy, No Sugar Hot Cacao! ☕️

2 cups organic milk alternative
2 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder (I use Navitas; the lowest lead option I have found: Amazon associates links)
1 teaspoon pure monkfruit extract powder
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Sprinkle of sea salt( see my low lead salt guide Sprinkle of organic cinnamon
Optional: Splash of organic peppermint extract

In a small glass saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth before heating.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often. Taste and add more monkfruit, vanilla or other ingredients to your liking.
