This doesn\u2019t create bias because I make my recommendations based solely on toxicity, and not based on a payment from specific products.<\/em>&nbsp;<em>See the bottom of this page for more details.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RECIPE (everything organic):<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wprm-recipe-ingredients\">\n<li>1&nbsp;cup&nbsp;buckwheat flour (such as this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4mCIH6Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/4mCIH6Q<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3&nbsp;tablespoons&nbsp;almond flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;melted coconut or olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tablespoon&nbsp;apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 teaspoons salt (see my&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cleangreentoxicantfree.com\/index.php\/2020\/09\/15\/salt-with-lower-lead-and-heavy-metals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">low lead salt guide<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;cup&nbsp;almond milk or water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: 1 egg (but add less water if you do this) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optional: Herbs, seasoning, garlic, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DIRECTIONS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Start preheating oven to 390 F degrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix dry ingredients, and then add in wet ingredients. The dough will be a consistency similar to cake batter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease a cast iron skillet, pour in the batter and spread out.
