I am a germaphobe because of my paranoia about parasites, and this post contains all my best tips and products I personally use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Importance: If you think parasites can\u2019t affect you, Google the parasite that mindcontrol ants to climb a purple flower when cows are around, and make them bite the flower and hang there to be eaten. Because the parasite needs to get inside cows to get to their next phase of life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s also a parasite that gets into a rat and makes them attracted to cats,  so they chase the cats around and then get eaten by the cat and so the parasite gets to live where it really wanted all along: the cat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tips to Help Prevent Getting Harmful Parasites:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Hand washing (sanitizing isn\u2019t good enough). Do this often when traveling, after touching animals, and always before eating. This prevents ingesting parasite eggs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    1. Keep your nails (and your kids\u2019) short<\/a>, because parasite eggs easily get stuck underneath long nails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      1. I don\u2019t recommend eating undercooked meat or raw fish, especially since I know someone who got mercury poisoning from Sushi! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Keeping up with your overall health is key to preventing parasitic infestations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Parasite Cleansing Products I Use:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          I use this Paraguard, starting 2-3 days before a full moon https:\/\/amzn.to\/3FE2IZD<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Or this https:\/\/amzn.to\/3RhJqeX<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          And this black seed oil I use every day https:\/\/amzn.to\/4bIYcFg<\/a>. It tastes absolutely horrible<\/a>, but easy to see why parasites would hate it too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          And I use this Dewo for pets https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XXVOVi<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          I also use this Rife machine because the frequencies are supposed to kill parasites and promote health: https:\/\/www.spooky2-mall.com\/ref\/864\/<\/a>. I explain more about it in this post<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          I personally don\u2019t use Ivermectin because I don\u2019t like the \u201cinactive\u201d ingredients; one of the ingredients is the same thing as antifreeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
