See the bottom of this page for more details.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2&nbsp;cups&nbsp;almond flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;tbsp&nbsp;coconut flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;salt (see my&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cleangreentoxicantfree.com\/index.php\/2020\/09\/15\/salt-with-lower-lead-and-heavy-metals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">low lead salt guide<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tsp monkfruit extract: <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/47p0xCb\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/47p0xCb<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zest from \u00bd- 1 lemon (depends how strong of a lemon flavor you like)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;cup&nbsp;unsweetened applesauce <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2&nbsp;cup coconut oil, melted <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1&nbsp;tsp&nbsp;vanilla extract (you could substitute part of this with lemon extract for a really strong lemon flavor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and combine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roll into balls and press gently to flatten into circles. Or, get creative with shapes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake at 350 degrees on greased stainless steel pan for about 25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown slightly.
