Fascia is a connective tissue that weaves throughout your body. Fat cells live within the connective tissue, which is why your skin can look wrinkly and lumpy. The tools are used to temporarily support blood flow and smoothes out fascia tissue, changing the appearance of your skin and supporting blood circulation. Here is another model with a handle for balance: <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/431bTeu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/431bTeu<\/a>. Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/m.youtube.com\/watch?v=sN2i4Um7E7A#bottom-sheet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">open up your lymphatic pathways<\/a> before you get on the vibration plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-I also use a small rebounder trampoline. This Needak brand has previously been vetted to be lead-free. It is a big pricy, so if you look into other brands maybe just see if they have information about heavy metals. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4jEUUWx\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/4jEUUWx<\/a>. For larger trampolines, Springfree is said to be a better brand, toxicity wise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-I have been using a cavitation\/ radiofrequency machine for spot reducing fat and tightening loose skin and it is working amazing: <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3RNx8ve\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/3RNx8ve<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4s7wHN8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/4s7wHN8<\/a>. It requires glycerin for the RF <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4kLRvFM\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/4kLRvFM<\/a> and aloe gel can be used for cavitation. This is the only aloe I could find without citric acid, though it isn\u2019t certified organic. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/45wgzMf\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/45wgzMf<\/a>. Be sure to use the vibration plate after using this machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-I believe that using a foam roller can really help smooth out lumpy legs and I use it every day. I lay on my back and put my legs up or against a wall, and sweep the tool downwards towards the hip creases to encourage fluid to leave the legs.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/49vmT5Z\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/49vmT5Z<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-I don\u2019t think dry brushing is going to make cellulite disappear, but some people swear it helps with lymphatic drainage, which is a good thing and could play a role with skin appearance. I always forget to use mine and am a little wary of the germs from using it over and over, but I have one of these and the price is shockingly low!
