See link below for more info.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp coconut flour (add more if batter is too runny)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons baking soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons salt (see my <a href=\"https:\/\/cleangreentoxicantfree.com\/index.php\/2020\/09\/15\/salt-with-lower-lead-and-heavy-metals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">low lead salt guide<\/a>). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 cups water or plant milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs OR chia or flax eggs (Each egg is 1 tblsp chia seeds to 3 tblsp water and soak for a while)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil (extra-virgin, cold-pressed if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract (make sure it&#8217;s pure; imitation varieties can contain gluten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 teaspoons monkfruit powder: <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/47p0xCb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/amzn.to\/47p0xCb<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/Here is the guide: https:\/\/cleangreentoxicantfree.com\/index.php\/2024\/02\/16\/the-healthiest-natural-sugar-substitutes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">why I use this sweetener <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Add buckwheat and water\/ milk to a mixing bowl and combine so that the buckwheat can start absorbing the water. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let the batter sit for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the buckwheat to absorb the liquid slightly (don&#8217;t skip this step; it will create lighter, fluffier pancakes than if you rush through this).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour batter onto a preheated, greased pan. Flip when they start to bubble, and remove soon after flipping (don\u2019t overcook them).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To use as waffle batter, keep the batter on the thicker side.
