Ingredients:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


2 cups organic milk alternative
2 tablespoons organic raw cacao powder (I use Navitas; the lowest lead option I have found: https:\/\/amzn.to\/3N0WOCG<\/a> Amazon associates links)
1 teaspoon pure monkfruit extract powder https:\/\/amzn.to\/47p0xCb<\/a>
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Sprinkle of sea salt( see my low lead salt guide<\/a> Sprinkle of organic cinnamon
Optional: Splash of organic peppermint extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a small glass saucepan, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth before heating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often. Taste and add more monkfruit, vanilla or other ingredients to your liking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
