I procured veggies from a local farmers market and let my 3 year old help make and decorate the flatbread. We are delighted by the result and encourage you to try it too! We brought it to a party and people liked it! All <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recipe: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u25a2 2\u00bc cups organic cassava flour (UPDATE: I&#8217;m trying to a low heavy metal option, now that we know the level of heavy metal risk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2&nbsp;1&nbsp;Tbsp&nbsp;baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2 1\u00bd tsp low lead salt (see my <a href=\"https:\/\/cleangreentoxicantfree.com\/index.php\/2020\/09\/15\/salt-with-lower-lead-and-heavy-metals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">low lead salt guide<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2 1 tsp dried organic herbs (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2 3 pasture raised eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2 2 1\/4 cups water <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u25a2 6 Tbsp organic avocado or coconut oil, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C). Grease a stainless steel pan with coconut or avocado oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add liquid ingredients and combine. Batter will be a bit crumbly.  You can play a bit with the ratios of the water, oil and herb. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press dough onto pan in a rectangle or any shape you like.
