2. Natural Baby Mama<\/strong> is the best (in my opinion) non-toxic blog and group on Facebook<\/a>. You can search the group for a wealth of info, or ask questions if they haven\u2019t been answered already! This was my top recommendation even before I was asked to be a moderator (which I was honored to accept). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Lead Safe Mama<\/strong> website\/ blog<\/a> and Facebook group<\/a> explains so much about why lead is harmful and which products have it, with testing results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. EWG <\/strong>Databases and resources including the Skin Deep Database<\/a>; Search each ingredient (for personal care and cleaning products) rather than looking at overall product ratings. Also the cleaning guide database<\/a>. And, the dirty dozen lists. However, I thought this<\/a> was an interesting article about some of the discrepancies with EWG, but I still think it is a valuable resource.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A similar resource is available from the National Institute for Health. Here<\/a> is how to use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Using Essential Oils Safely<\/a><\/strong>. And Scentsable Heath<\/a>. <\/a>I\u2019m including these because I believe that improper use of EOs\/ using near children or pets can be toxic, but there are ways to use safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Dr. Annie\u2019s Germ Experiments<\/a><\/strong>. Keep in mind she isn\u2019t trying to be non-toxic so I avoid some of the things she uses, but you can see which products\/ methods are effective and then choose the less toxic ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.<\/strong> I recommend joining at least one mold group on Facebook. Here is one example: Mold Avoidance Community<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8<\/strong>. A great group to learn about mitigating parasites is: The Truth About Parasites: How We Heal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

9<\/strong>. This is a helpful group about the dangers of Miralax: Parents Against Miralax Restoralax Movicol (PEG 3350)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10<\/strong>. Here is a group about heavy metals in food: CleanFoodGuardians Heavy Metal Warriors<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
